We want you to be completely satisfied with your Therabody purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached. Items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and affix the prepaid return shipping label provided via email.
Drop Off the Shipment
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
